Are all the wines on the weinewolf.it website always available?
All WeineWolf products are normally available. The actual availability of a product is indicative: if an ordered product is missing, we will contact the customer to change the order placed or to cancel it.

Is it possible to indicate on the order form an address other than the billing address?
The customer has the option to indicate a shipping address (office, home, etc...), which may also be different from the billing address.

Is it possible to cancel an order placed?
Yes. To request a cancellation, you must contact our office as soon as possible, by sending an e-mail to customerservice@weinewolf.it or calling +39.0471.1726554. If the cancellation request is received when the order is already being prepared, the sending of the package cannot be interrupted. In this case, you can make use of the right of withdrawal (for more information see the item Terms and conditions — 8. withdrawal).

Which payment methods are available on weinewolf.it?
All payments on www.weinewolf.it are absolutely secure and guaranteed. You can choose to pay in different ways:
- Paypal: Paypal allows you to pay with your credit/prepaid card or through a PayPal account.
- Bank transfer made out to WeineWolf - W.Ladurner srl, Cassa Padana branch of Badia Polesine IBAN: IT72H0834063150000000550327 BIC ICRAITRR9G0, with express indication in the reason for the transfer of the User's name and surname and order number.
It is important to receive payment within 10 days from the date of the order, because in case of delay, the order will be canceled.

Is it possible to request an invoice?
Yes. If you would like to receive an invoice for your purchase, please send us an e-mail to customerservice@weinewolf.it indicating your name and surname, order number and billing information.

How long does it take for the ordered goods to arrive at their destination?
Our shipments are carried out through an absolutely reliable courier. The packages are delivered to 2-4 business days in Italy and in 5-9 business days in Europe and the rest of the world. All our shipments are insured in case of breakage, theft or loss.

How much are the shipping costs with WeineWolf?
Shipping rates vary depending on the quantities of wine purchased and the place where the wine is shipped. The costs are calculated during the purchase process, when the address to which the ordered goods must be delivered is indicated.

What should I do at the time of delivery?
It is always necessary to verify that the number and type of packages being delivered actually corresponds to what was ordered and that the packages are not opened, tampered with or clearly ruined. If the verification is positive, it is possible to proceed with signing the receipt to the courier and picking up the packages. If you happen to receive clearly damaged packages, it is necessary to accept the damaged package by signing the courier's note “With Reserve”. In the case of delivery of damaged or otherwise defective goods, the buyer must report the circumstance by writing to the e-mail address customerservice@weinewolf.it or to the telephone number +39.0471.1726554 within 14 days of receipt. WeineWolf - W.LaDurner srl will contact the buyer to arrange the replacement of damaged products or the return of the purchase price, possibly also by means of discount coupons.
