
Privacy e Policy
Introduction
Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") on the protection of personal data, we hereby confirm that WeineWolf - W.Ladurner srl processes the personal data of customers, suppliers and persons who provide our office or management with their data (in writing or by phone, fax or e-mail). In accordance with the legal provisions, our company guarantees that such personal data are processed with due regard for the fundamental rights and freedoms and dignity of the persons concerned with particular attention to confidentiality and the protection of personal identity and data.
1. Controller of data processing
The data are processed by WeineWolf - W.Ladurner srl, which has its registered office at Via Pianizza di Sopra 58, I-39052 Caldaro (certified e-mail address: wolfgangladurner@messaggipec.it) and is registered with the Bolzano Chamber of Commerce under no. REA BZ-179558 (hereinafter called “the Controller”).
2. Type and use of data
User data are employed, with due regard for the legal provisions, exclusively in the context of the services provided by the Controller. On registration the following mandatory data are to be supplied: given name, surname, date of birth, address and e-mail address, phone number, tax number and VAT number (only where an invoice is required). Acceptance of the Privacy Rules is required for completion of the registration process. With his/her acceptance (and the creation of a customer account), the user agrees to be provided in future with news and information from WeineWolf - W.Ladurner srl. Users who wish to explicitly decline such communications can do so by deactivating the relevant box during registration or later by sending an e-mail to that effect to customerservice@weinewolf.it.
3. Data communications
The personal data can be forwarded to partners clearly identified by the Controller where they are essential for execution of the processes involved in the framework of online trading. Such partners can be a) persons, companies or agencies which are active e.g. in the fields of accounts or finance and taxation, b) suppliers who are directly involved in handling the order, e.g. shippers and forwarding agents, c) public bodies acting in the context of the relevant legal provisions, d) banks and financial service providers performing services on behalf of the Controller, including conventional banking transactions and the administration of payments and collection services, or e) suppliers charged with the maintenance, development and updating of the website. The personal data are not forwarded for any other purpose.
4. Use of the data
The personal data are stored in electronic form and also, where provided for, in hard copy. They are stored for purposes of registration, advisory services, communication, safekeeping, deleting theaccounts by electronic means, and user security. The personal data are employed by the Controller’s employees and/or agents within the limits of the legal framework. Where the user needs to communicate the personal data of a third party to WeineWolf - W.Ladurner srl (e.g. where goods are to be delivered to a different address and the recipient is therefore not identical with the person placing the order), the user shall obtain the consent of the third party and inform him/her of the current Privacy Rules.
5. Period of data storage
The data are only stored until the end of the periods provided for in civil and taxation law.
6. The user’s rights
Pursuant to UE Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") of the Data Protection Act (Privacy), the user has the right to receive informationat all times about the stored data and the uses to which they are put. He also has the right, in response to a query addressed to the Controller, to have the data updated, modified or deleted and/or to receive information on the persons and/or organizationswith whom the personal data are stored. Pursuant to UE Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") of the Data Protection Act, the user has the following rights: a) the right to receive confirmation of the existence or absence or his/her personal data, even where they have not yet been registered, the information to be provided in understandable form, and b) the right to receive information about the origin of the personal data, the objectives and methods of their processing, the logic employed in cases of electronic processing, the identity of the proprietor, controllers and agents nominated pursuant to UE Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR"), and the persons or categories of persons to whom the data may be disclosed or who may have access to them as official representatives of the state or their employees or agents. The user also has the following rights: the right to have the data updated, corrected or, where relevant, completed, the right to have the data deleted or anonymized or blocked in the case of illegally processed data, including data whose storage is no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or processed; the right to receive confirmation that the requirements listed under lit. a) and b) have been communicated to those to whom the data were forwarded or disclosed except where that is impossible or would involve an unreasonable use of resources relative to the right to be protected. In addition, the user has the right to oppose with good cause the processing of his/her personal data in whole or in part, even where that would be useful for the purpose for which they were collected, and also the processing of such data for purposes of advertising, direct marketing, market research or commercial communication. In order to exercise the above rights and receive information about the mode, use and subject of data storage, the user can contact the Controller directly by sending an e-mail to customerservice@weinewolf.it.
