Are all the wines on www.weinewolf.it always available?
All WeineWolf - W.Ladurner srl products are normally always available. Should a requested product nevertheless be unavailable, we will make contact with the customer so that the order can be modified or cancelled.

Can the invoice address differ from the delivery address?
Customers can provide a delivery address (office, home, etc.) that differs from the invoice address.

Can orders be cancelled?
Yes. To cancel an order, please send an e-mail to customerservice@weinewolf.it or call +39.0471.1726554. If the order is already in transitthen it cannot be cancelled. In that case, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal ( see also section 8 of our General Terms of Business).

What forms of payment are possible on www.weinewolf.it?
All payments on www.weinewolf.it are guaranteed secure. The following forms of payment are available:
- PayPal: With PayPal, you pay with a credit card or your PayPal account.
- Bank transfer: Payments are to be made to the account of Weingut WeineWolf des Wolfgang Ladurner Andreas, Cassa Padana bank branch of Badia Polesine, IBAN: IT72H0834063150000000550327 BIC ICRAITRR9G0, quoting the customer’s surname and the order number as the payment reference. Please note that the transfer must be made within ten days of the order or it will not be accepted.

Is it possible to get an invoice?
Yes. If you require an invoice, please send an e-mail to customerservice@weinewolf.it quoting your given name and surname, the order number and the invoice date.

What about delivery times?
Deliveries are made by our highly reliable partners. Delivery takes 2-4 working days in Italy and 5-9 working days to other countries. All shipments are insured against theft, loss and damage.

How high are the delivery charges?
The amount of the delivery charges depends on the quantities ordered and the place of delivery. They are calculated when the order is processed for the delivery address entered.

What should I do when the goods arrive?
Always check that the order number and order type are correct and that the packages have not been opened or damaged. If everything is ok, sign for delivery. In the case of delivery of a package from WeineWolf - W.Ladurner srl that bears visible signs of damage (dents, holes, stains, etc.), the recipient must write “Accepted with reservation” when signing for it on the delivery note. In the case of damaged or defective goods, the recipient must communicate the details within 14 days of receipt by sending an e-mail to customerservice@weinewolf.it or calling +39.0471.1726554. WeineWolf - W.Ladurner srl will contact the customer to arrange for replacement of the damaged goods or a refund of the purchase price, possibly in the form of a voucher.
