Chardonnay is a grape variety that is cultivated worldwide. Since the middle of the 19th century, it has also spread rapidly to South Tyrol – especially to areas of calcareous rock and scree, where it does best. The result is wines of great elegance with a long finish.

Winemaking | The fully mature grapes are brought in in the early morning. They are carefully de-stemmed and crushed. The must is then transferred to fermentation tanks and stored at a controlled temperature. |
